It has been a little over a year since Mary and I's wedding at the BOB and we just wanted to write you to thank you again for your tremendous professionalism in meeting with us to go over what we did and did not want and then sticking to that (even though some guests can be pushy some times). It is always a breath of fresh air to work with someone who truly understands the meaning of customer service and is able to make adjustments where necessary to accommodate the wishes of his clients.
